Prior to attending law school, Steve managed the field operation for a successful Congressional re-election campaign. Before his stint in Congressional politics, he worked in government technology sales in Silicon Valley.
Steve graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. At USC, he was the Editorial Director for the Daily Trojan student newspaper.

Steve likes to stay physically active and enjoys golfing, hiking, and taking HIIT workout classes. When not in the Sacramento area, he makes weekend road trips to the Central Coast to visit family. Steve is also an avid reader and college football fan.
