Practice Summary

Tuan-Anh Vu is a partner with Cole Huber LLP, and his practice focuses on municipal law. He currently serves as City Attorney for the City of Desert Hot Springs.

Prior to joining Cole Huber, Tuan served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Victorville, City of Rancho Mirage, and City of Cathedral City, and served as Deputy General Counsel for other public agencies.

Tuan’s experience includes a broad array of municipal legal matters including public contracts, the Public Records Act, the Ralph M. Brown Act, code enforcement, and health and safety receiverships.

Education

Tuan graduated from the University of California, Riverside, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and received a minor in Law and Society. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and served as a staff member of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary.

Tuan was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 2012.

Tuan enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is a lifelong Lakers fan and an avid hiker. He also enjoys traveling.
