Practice Summary
Jason M. Ewert, has practiced public sector labor and employment law for over a decade. In addition to previously serving as a Deputy City Attorney at the City of San Bernardino, Jason also worked for one of the largest law firms in the State of California representing public sector unions. Jason’s experience representing public agencies, as well as public employee associations and their members, enables him to aggressively and effectively advocate for his clients by utilizing the knowledge he has gained from both sides of the table.
Education and Admissions
Jason was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2013. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the La Sierra University, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Jason also obtained certificates in international and comparative law, as well as admiralty and maritime law. Jason is also an experienced PORAC Legal Defense Fund panel attorney and is admitted in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
