Education and Admissions

Allen received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California and the District of Hawaii, as well as all state courts for the State of California and the State of Hawaii.

Allen enjoys spending time with friends and family and likes drag racing, sand sports, and visiting Hawaii. Allen holds an NHRA competition license and is a PADI certified advanced open water diver. Allen is fascinated with technology and designed computer software prior to attending law school.
